Restricted Parking May Come to Winter Hill

Next Monday’s Falls Church City Council meeting will include a motion to allow other means of identifying restricted parking in the City other than the annual registration decal. It will pave the way for the City to make administrative changes to limit public parking on streets in the 450-unit Winter Hill development which will be even more pressed for space once the new 301 West Broad project’s residential component is occupied.
