Art and Frame of Falls Church is hosting two cartoon drawing classes, one for teens and the other for adults. The teen class will take place on Saturdays from noon – 1 p.m. while the adult class will take place Wednesdays from 8 – 10 p.m. Both will be taught by cartoonist, illustrator, and SVA graduate Emily Kay Jolkovski.
