Computer Sciences Corp. will move its headquarters from Falls Church to Corporate Office Center at Tysons II, 1775 Tysons Boulevard. CSC has signed a lease with Lerner Enterprises for almost 62,000 SF on two floors of the building as part of its headquarter relocation from 3170 Fairview Park Drive. Under construction, the site is a 17-floor, 476,000 SF, Class A office building which was designed to meet US Green Building Council’s LEED platinum standards and offer fine and casual dining options, a fitness center, conference center, and indoor and outdoor social areas.
