Mardi Gras Cooking Workshop Scheduled for Feb. 8

Langston-Brown Community & Senior Center and Park, located at 2121 N. Culpepper St., Arlington, is hosting a Mardi Gras Cooking with a Healthy Twist class on Monday, Feb. 8 from 11 a.m. – noon. The Virginia Cooperative Extension will demonstrate a nutritious version of traditional Cajun cooking, along with recipes to make at home.

Area residents ages 55 and up are invited to the free event. For more information, call 703-228-6300.
