Falls Church Schools Opening with 2-Hour Delay Friday

For the first time since before the blizzard, Falls Church City Public Schools students will be heading back to school. The City schools announced today that they will be open Friday, Jan. 28, and operating on a two-hour delay. Also back open is day care, which will be open on-time Friday.
