Bethel United Church of Christ Hosts Film Screening

The Bethel United Church of Christ is hosting a film screening, which they called a “Super Bowl alternative”  in a recent press release, on Sunday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. at their church, located at 4347 Arlington Blvd., Arlington. The church will be screening “An Ordinary Hero,” a film about the legendary civil rights activist Joan Trumpauer Mulholland.

A panel discussion featuring Mulholland will follow the film screening. Attendees can park at the Red Cross building near the church. The event is free, but donations will be accepted and will go to benefit the Joan Trumpauer Mulholland Foundation. For more information, visit BethelUCC-va.org.
