The Shepherd’s Center of Oakton-Vienna is hosting an open house and registration for its Adventures in Learning classes on Thursday, Jan. 14 from 10 a.m. – noon at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax, located at 2709 Hunter Mill Road, Oakton.
Light refreshments will be provided for open house attendees by Sunrise Senior Living Center at Hunter Mill. The registration fee for the eight week semester is $40 and scholarships are available.
Classes will be held every Thursday from January 21 – March 17. Classes include bridge, t’ai chi, health series, book discussion, potpourri and world affairs and participants can take as many classes as they like. For more information, email office@scov.org or call 703-281-0538.
