Crime Report: Assault at Smashburger

A slow week in Falls Church crime included an assault at Smashburger on Thursday, Dec. 16, appliances stolen from a building on Roosevelt Blvd, and some public drunkenness around town.

City of Falls Church Crime Report: December 14 – 20, 2015

Assault, 308 S. Washington St. (Smashburger) On Dec. 16, police received a report that a known acquaintance assaulted the victim with minor injuries.

Larceny from Building, 500 block Roosevelt Blvd. On Dec. 17, the victim reported several appliances were stolen from the property.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block W. Broad St. On Dec. 17, a male, 50, of McLean, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Smoking Violation, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Le Mirage) On Dec. 19, a male, 44, of Springfield, was cited for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Trespass, Public Drunkenness, and Disorderly Conduct, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Dec. 20, a male, 43, of Fairfax, was arrested for Trespassing, Public Drunkenness, and Disorderly Conduct.
