The Center for Spiritual Living Metro, which has a monthly meditation in North Arlington, is hosting a World Healing Meditation on Thursday, Dec. 31 from 6:45 – 8 a.m. at Blue Nectar Yoga at 513 W. Broad Street.
The meditation is scheduled to coincide with other meditations being held around the world at the same time – organizers of the meditation ask that participants arrive at 6:45 a.m. because the meditation will start promptly at 7 a.m. Participants are asked to leave quietly if they must leave the meditation early.
According to the organizers of the event, there will be more than 500 million people worldwide participating in the meditation, which has been held for almost 30 years, with the aim of healing the world and bringing forth sustainable peace. There is no cost for the event.
