by Kate Karstens

The Workhouse Arts Center will present its first Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, and Sunday, Sept. 27, featuring over 100 artists from across the nation.

The Workhouse has prescreened all artists to make sure only handmade products would be sold. Items available for sale include: exhibit paintings, ceramics, glass, fiber/clothing, mixed media, wood, jewelry, printmaking, photography, furniture, digital arts and sculptures.

The festival is free for admission and parking, as well as free arts activities for children, local wine and beer, and food. For more information, visit workhousearts.org.
