Rosemary Tran Lauer, President of Devotion to Children, spoke on Aug. 6 at the Falls Church Rotary Club’s weekly dinner meeting at Harvest Moon, located at 7260 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church.

Lauer spoke about her organization, which identifies the needs of working and unemployed families’ access to affordable, quality preschool, daycare, health and educational services unavailable to them without outside assistance and works to fulfill them.
