Critter Corner: Lily

511lilyTHIS IS LILY, the new lady in charge of the Shelby House over by Merrifield, where since she was rescued from Animal Rescue she’s learned what it’s like to be loved after years of neglect and abuse growing up in Puerto Rico. Lily is an Italian greyhound and very elegant and well behaved, but she gets SOOOO excited when some of her favorite people come over to visit. She wiggles pure joy a lot of the time. She also has taken charge of the neighborhood, saving her barking for outside when she’s taken on tours for “doing her business” by Miss Eileen. She’s one of a kind and a sheer delight to all who’ve come to know her.
