City Council meeting. CASA of Virginia will open its new offices in Falls Church next Wednesday, May 13, at 330 S. Virginia Avenue with a ribbon cutting and reception at 11 a.m. Carballo was introduced by Julio Idrobo (background), a City resident who is chair of the F.C. Housing Commission.
