F.C. Council, School Board Closed Meeting Monday to Mull Clark Plan

The scheduled meeting of the Falls Church City Council on Monday, April 6, has been changed from a 7:30 p.m. start time to 9 p.m., and a behind-closed-doors closed session involving the Council and the F.C. School Board has been set for 7 p.m. that night for what has been described by City Hall as a “consultation with legal counsel and the receipt of legal advice regarding the recent unsolicited proposal” for development of the 39 acres encompassing the City’s high and middle schools adjacent the West Falls Church Metro. The proposal came from Clark Construction.

Following the lengthy two-hour time slot allocated for the closed session, the City Council will resume its scheduled budget work session at 9 p.m.
