Quinn’s Auction Galleries of Falls Church will be auctioning off papers, letters and artifacts related to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. They have a treasure trove of primary source documents from the Civil Rights era at their Falls Church business.

Last week, they opened their doors for George Mason High and Henderson Middle School students to see the items in person, including a letter that President Johnson wrote to Coretta Scott King after her husband’s assassination. The auction will be held Thursday, March 12, from 6 – 10 p.m.
