Virginia Sun Wins F.C. Rotary Club’s Speech Contest

Virginia received a $100 award and advances to the Area Speech Contest for her talk on “Light Up Rotary,” which is Rotary International’s theme for the current Rotary Year. The Area Speech Contest is scheduled for 7 p.m. March 4 at the Tysons-Pimmet Regional Library at 7584 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church.
