Inova Health System has leased Exxon Mobil’s four-building, 117-acre Merrifield campus and plans to develop a multimillion-dollar Inova Center for Personalized Health. The property, across the street from Inova’s flagship hospital, has been leased for the next 99 years with right of first refusal to purchase the property.
