Crime Report: More Tires Stolen in Falls Church

More tires were stolen in Falls Church again last week and, this time, the rims from the vehicle were taken, too. In today’s City of Falls Church Crime Report, police report the vehicle parts were taken from a car in the 400 block of E. Columbia Street last Monday, Dec. 1.

Other vehicle crimes included two smash and grabs: one at Planet Fitness where police say a suspect broken a vehicle’s window and stole some items and the other S. Washington St. where a hand tool set was stolen after the vehicle window was broken.

Also, more smoking arrests at Eden Center.

Larceny of Vehicle Parts, 400 blk E. Columbia. Dec. 1, unknown suspect removed all 4 tires and rims from a vehicle.

Graffiti, 1000 blk W. Broad St. Dec. 1, graffiti located at several locations. Owners notified.

Smoking Violations, 6757 Wilson Blvd, #16. Dec. 2, a male, 24, of Springfield, VA was issued a summons for smoking in a non-smoking area.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 1000 E. Broad St (Planet Fitness). Dec. 4, unknown suspect broke a vehicle’s passenger-side window and stole several items

Smoking Violations, 6757 Wilson Blvd, #15 (H2O Café). Dec. 6, a male, 39, of Millsboro, DE was issued a summons for smoking in a non-smoking area.

Trespassing, 6795 Wilson Blvd (Eden Center). Dec 6, a male, 57, of no fixed address, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 410 S Washington St. Dec. 6, unknown suspect broke driver’s side window and removed a hand tool set.

Smoking Violations, 6757 Wilson Blvd, #16. Dec. 6, a male, 37, of Springfield, VA was issued a summons for smoking in a non-smoking area.

Drunk in Public, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater). Dec 7, a male, 26, of Ashburn, VA was arrested for being drunk in public.
