D.C. Central Kitchen Gives Demo at Farmer’s Market

The next Falls Church Farmer’s Market Chef Demonstration is next Saturday, Oct. 18, from 9 – 11 a.m. and will feature Ed Kwitowski, executive chef of D.C. Central Kitchen. He will be creating a seasonal salad with sweet potatoes and spinach accented with roasted pumpkin seeds, answering questions about modifying the dish and offering samples to farmer’s market patrons.

Before working at D.C. Central Kitchen, Kwitowski worked in many fine dining restaurants in the District of Columbia. The Falls Church Farmer’s Market is located in front of City Hall at 300 Park Ave., Falls Church. For more information, visit fallschurchfarmersmarketchef.com.
