Body Dynamics Gives ‘Exercise in Medicine’ Talks

Body Dynamics, a Falls Church gym that integrates physical therapy with complementary medicine, health promotion and wellness services, will be holding “Exercise in Medicine” talks at Mary Riley Styles Public Library in early October.

Staff from Body Dynamics will be teaching 45-minute clinics about ways to reduce the risk and impact of chronic disease and improve quality of life.

The program will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. in the library’s conference room.

Registration is required for the discussion. To reserve a spot for either session, stop by the library’s reference desk or call 703-248-5035.
