Zsa-zsa, a 2-year-old chihuahua/daschund mix breed, went missing around 9 a.m. yesterday at Governor’s Square in Dunn Loring. Zsa-zsa belongs to Jodi Leigh, president of the Fairfax marketing firm The Leigh Agency.
