A man in a minivan exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl who was walking in the City of Falls Church Monday morning, police reported in a press release Tuesday night. The incident occurred on Parker Avenue near Irving Street.
The victim reports she was walking to a friend’s home when the man, described as a white Hispanic in his late 30s with black hair and dark complexion and a Spanish accent, pulled up to her in the 700 block of Parker Ave. and asked for directions. The man then exposed himself to the girl and drove away. The vehicle, described as an older model red Chrysler minivan, was last seen on Parker Avenue headed towards S. West Street.
