Chef Afiya Howell, a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Paris at the International Culinary Academy in Pittsburgh, has joined the Open Kitchen team. Afiya’s experience includes working as a chef at Ruth Chris and as a Culinary Instructor at DC Central Kitchen. She will be teaching a Fall Feast hands-on cooking class for Open Kitchen in September.
