The City of Falls Church’s Stormwater Management Review Team will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 19, to review the proposed grading plan for the following locations in the Little City: 1008 Madison Lane, 310 and 312 Pine Street and 1203 A and B Lincoln Avenue.
The grading plan will be reviewed in relation to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance General Performance Criteria, which are designed to ensure that the development project disturbs the environment and water quality as little as possible.
The meeting will be held from 1:30 p.m – in the Dogwood Room of City Hall, which is located at 300 Park Ave., Falls Church. For more information, visit fallschurchva.gov.
