Spectrum Hearing Re-Set for Aug. 11

At the request of the developer, Spectrum Development, a scheduled public hearing and vote on its request for a “first reading” approval of its large mixed-use plans for the intersection of W. Broad and N. West Streets by the Falls Church City Council last Monday was postponed until Aug. 11. As a result, the Council meeting was canceled. In the meantime, the Council’s Economic Development Committee (EDC) will meet this Monday, Aug. 4, at 6 p.m. followed by a Council work session at 7:30 p.m.

The EDC will meet in the Oak Room of City Hall, and the work session will be in the Dogwood Room.
