Ribbon Cutting to Welcome New 3D Printer to F.C. Library

The Mary Riley Styles Public Library will host a 3D Printer Ribbon Cutting this Saturday, July 19, at 11:15 a.m.

Eagle Scout Jacob Bruner raised nearly $3,000 to provide the equipment, furniture and resources for this project. He also created several “how to” videos to teach others how the equipment works.

The 3D printers will be in service five days a week from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and available Sundays from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. The public will be able to request items to be printed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Mary Riley Styles Public Library is located at 120 N. Virginia Ave., Falls Church. For more information, visit fallschurchva.gov/Library or call 703-248-5030.
