At about 11 a.m. today, a man was bitten by a yellow Labrador Retriever-type dog in the 400 block of S. West Street, according to City of Falls Church police. The dog was being walked by a woman who was heading in the direction of W. Broad Street. The woman is described as 20 to 30 years old, with hair pulled up, wearing a tank top and black shorts with a blue stripe. She was pushing a black baby stroller.

The man was unaware that he had been injured until after the dog and owner left the area.
