Two owners of the Falls Church area international grocery store e Mart were convicted of insurance fraud last week by a federal jury. Suzanne DeLyon, 65, of McLean and Byoung Kyung Kim, 53, of Centreville were convicted on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and six counts of wire fraud. DeLyon and Kim face a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison when they are sentenced in October. DeLyon and Kim were indicted on Jan. 30 by a federal grand jury. According to court records and evidence at trial, DeLyon and Kim were partners in the international grocery in Yorktown Shopping Center that was destroyed by a fire in January 2009.
