Mad Fox Brewing Company’s new chef, Brian Wilson, will be the featured chef in the next installment of this season’s Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series this Saturday, June 7.

Wilson will make an asparagus panna cotta, charred leek vinaigrette, and spring salad mix with strawberries and almonds.
