Over 150 Riders Visit F.C. Pit Stop on Bike-to-Work Day

The Gang 2

Thunder storms and torrential forced the cancellation of the City of Falls Church’s Bike-to-Work Day pit stop originally scheduled for Friday, May 16, however, the rain date one week later on May 23 brought perfect weather for the event.

Bikenetic was ready for bicyclists at 6 a.m. at the pit stop at the W&OD bike path and Grove Avenue and served more than 150 riders. Free food, beverages, giveaways, raffles and more were available for riders thanks to sponsors Bikenetic, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Dancing Mind Yoga, Gold’s Gym, Nourish Market and Whole Foods Market Tysons.
