Long-Running Attic Treasures Sale Returns May 3

The 47th annual Attic Treasures Sale will return to the Falls Church Community Center next Saturday, May 3, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Shoppers can find treasures at the oldest and largest annual sale in The Little City. All proceeds will support Village Preservation and Improvement Society programs such as Concerts in the Park and the Neighborhood Tree Program.

Those wishing to make donations may do so next Friday, May 2, from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Community Center. All donations must be clean, in good working order, and easily sold in four hours. Donors may contribute musical instruments and recordings, plants up to five gallons in size, gardening items (no grow pots), household goods, kitchenware, antiques, collectibles, toys, jewelry, hardware, and books.

Volunteers are needed for both days, and can contact Nisha Sensharma at 703-532-4744 or nishasen@verizon.net to express interest.

The Falls Church Community Center is located at 223 Little Falls St. For more information, visit vpis.org.
