Full-Service Mobile ‘DMV 2 Go’ Returns to F.C. April 11

The Department of Motor Vehicles mobile customer service center, DMV 2 Go, will be at Falls Church City Hall, 300 Park Ave., next Friday, April 11, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The special event is co-hosted by the City of Falls Church DMV Select, Commissioner of the Revenue, and the Virginia DMV. This event is open to all Virginia residents.  No appointments are necessary.

The handicapped-accessible, full-service office provides all DMV transactions including applying for and renewing driver’s licenses; obtaining ID cards (including photos) and Virginia’s veterans ID cards; taking road and knowledge tests; obtaining copies of driving records; obtaining vehicle titles, license plates, decals, and transcripts; ordering disabled parking placards or plates; updating an address after a move for DMV and voter registration; and more. Customers should be prepared with the required documents to complete transactions.

DMV 2 Go will be in the City Hall parking lot from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on these Fridays: May 9, June 13, July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12, Oct. 10, Nov. 7, and Dec. 12.
