George Mason High School’s Lasso Online picked up a Silver Crown Award for outstanding scholastic publication during the 90th annual meeting of the Columbia Scholastic Press Association at Columbia University. This year a total of 1,236 digital, newspapers, magazines and yearbooks published during the 2012-2013 academic year were eligible.

In addition to the website, Ryan Ogden received individual recognition for news writing and a video feature package, and Ben Trock was also recognized for a video feature package.
