F.C. Police Seek Information on Residential Burglary

The City of Falls Church Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred just before 3 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, in the 200 block of East Columbia Street.

According to a City news release, police believe suspects entered the home through a partially locked door and stole cash from inside the home. The residents were at home asleep at the time and were awoken by their barking dog. Upon opening their bedroom door to investigate, residents saw the beams of flashlights in their home, locked the bedroom door and called police. Police were unable to locate the suspects; no description was given.
