Booze, glorious booze. This weekend is Mad Fox’s 4th Annual Barleywine Festival featuring more than 30 sweet, sweet barleywines from the Falls Church brew pub and other breweries across the country. Throughout the festival, beers will rotate on draught and cask and will be served in 4 oz. sample glasses for $3 each. In addition to the boozers, festival specials will be offered along with Mad Fox’s full menu including brunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
If you’re feeling frisky, a festival preview event will be held on Thursday from 3 – 9 p.m. featuring Mad Fox’s Defender APA, Headcracker, Slobberknocker, Citrus Slobber, Crystal Cracker and Starr Hill’s Bandstand Barleywine.
