Welcoming the Year of the Horse, local tai chi students from Falls Church’s Sun and Moon Taiji One performed last Saturday, Feb. 1, at a Lunar New Year festival organized by the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center held inside Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg.
