F.C. City Gift & Craft Show Returns Dec. 7 – 8

More than 50 vendors will sell unique handmade items, baked goods, and more as the City of Falls Church’s Holiday Gift and Craft Show returns Dec. 7 and 8.

From 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, and from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8, shoppers can peruse items for sale spread over both floors of the Falls Church Community Center.

An all-weekend shopping pass is $1 per person, and free for children younger than 12. Lunch is available for purchase both days.

The event provides many special activities for children. Louis the Magician will be on hand to perform on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 9 a.m.; reservations are required for the performance, which costs $5 per person. Santa invites kids of all ages to enjoy a lunch sponsored by Chil-fil-A at one of two seatings, at 11:30 a.m. or 1 p.m.; reservations are required for the meal, which costs $6 per person. Children can also visit the Holiday Shop at the Cherry Hill Farmhouse, 312 Park Ave., Falls Church, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., where volunteers will help them purchase and wrap inexpensive gifts for friends and family.
