City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for October 28 – November 3, 2013

Larceny from Building, 400 block S. Maple Ave. On Oct. 28, police received a report that an unknown suspect(s) stole jewelry from the victim’s residence.

Larceny of Vehicle Parts, 100 block Park Ave. On Oct. 30, an unknown suspect(s) stole catalytic converters from vans sometime overnight.

Larceny from Vehicle, 900 block Ellison St. On Oct. 31, an unknown suspect(s) stole power tools from the victim’s vehicle sometime overnight.

Public Drunkenness, 130 N. Washington St. (Clare & Don’s Beach Shack) On Nov. 1, a male, 43, of Fairfax was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Trespass, Public Drunkenness, and Identity Theft, 306 Hillwood Ave. (Lesly’s Restaurant) On Nov. 1, banned and intoxicated individuals were on the property of the restaurant. A male, 46, of Fairfax, was arrested for Trespassing, Drunkenness, and Identity Theft after using another person’s identity when asked by the officer. The suspect was also served bench warrant from Fairfax County Circuit Court for a Probation Violation. A male, 50, of Arlington, was also arrested for Trespassing and Public Drunkenness.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 200 block Gibson St. On Nov. 2, police received a report that a tire on the victim’s vehicle was slashed.

Trespass, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #21 (Hai Lua) On Nov. 3, a male, 44, of Annandale, was arrested and released on summons for Trespassing.

Larceny from Vehicle and Vandalism to Vehicle, 1200 block W. Broad St. On Nov. 3, a window from the victim’s vehicle was smashed and personal items were stolen from the vehicle.

Other Arrests 

Failure to Comply, On Oct. 28, a female, 32, of Annandale, was found and arrested in Fairfax County for Failure to Comply with sentencing terms imposed by Falls Church General District Court for an Embezzlement conviction.
