 City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for November 4 – 10, 2013

Larceny from Building, 400 block Lincoln Ave. On Nov. 6, police received a report that an unknown suspect(s) stole an unsecured bicycle from the victim’s residence.

Larceny from Building, 400 block Jackson St. On Nov. 6, police received a report that an unknown suspect(s) stole an unsecured bicycle from the victim’s residence.

Drinking In Public, 900 block W. Broad St. On Nov. 7, a male, 58, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Drinking In Public.

Underage Possession of Alcohol, 900 block W. Broad St. On Nov. 7, a male, 18, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Underage Possession of Alcohol.

Driving Under the Influence, Unit block Hillwood Ave. On Nov. 7, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 36, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Commercial Burglary, 6623 Wilson Blvd. (Seven Corners Shell) On Nov. 8, unknown suspects, forced entry into the closed store, and stole cash and merchandise.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 700 block N. West St. On Nov. 8, an unknown suspect(s) stole an iPod from a vehicle.

Driving Under the Influence and Drinking While Driving, 1300 block S. Washington St. On Nov. 8, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Drinking While Driving.

Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On Nov. 9, a male, 43, of Austintown, OH, was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.

Driving Under the Influence, 100 block W. Westmoreland Rd. On Nov. 9, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 25, of Springfield, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Shoplifting, 1212 W. Broad St. (VABC Store) On Nov. 9, police received a report of liquor bottles stolen on Nov. 8. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 35 – 40 years of age, with black hair, medium build, wearing a dark jacket with stripes running down the length of the arms.

Larceny from Building, 1230 W. Broad St. On Nov. 10, an unknown suspect(s) stole a wallet.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 500 block Van Buren St. On Nov. 10, an unknown suspect(s) stole various electronics from the victim’s vehicle.
