The Victorian Society at Falls Church is accepting registrations for its 2013 Promenade class, offering contemporary ballroom dancing and etiquette lessons for seventh- and eighth-grade students from the Falls Church area.

Those interested in the class may register, though class space is limited. Students should plan to attend the entire session, which will take place at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School on Nov. 8, 15, and 22, as well as Dec. 6 and 13, from 7 – 8:20 p.m. for seventh-graders and 8:30 – 9:50 p.m. for eighth-graders. Promenade tuition costs $100 and a few scholarships are available. Parents of Promenade participants will be asked to volunteer as chaperones.

A separate session for sixth-graders, set for Friday evenings in January and February, will be announced at a later date.
