City of Falls Church Upgrades Traffic Signals to LED Lights

Starting next Monday, Oct. 14, City of Falls Church crews will begin upgrading 15 existing traffic and pedestrian crossing signals in the City to LED lights. In addition, the project will also encompass pedestrian improvements at the corner of Park Ave. and Little Falls St. in front of City Hall to include pedestrian crossing signals, ADA compliant ramps, a slurry seal of the intersection and repainting of the crosswalks.

The work is expected to continue into December and will occur on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
