The new expansion and renovation of Falls Church City’s Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, done on time and on budget for the opening of the new school year last month, was celebrated Monday night with a special tour of the school for local dignitaries and then a ribbon cutting ceremony in the new Media Center led by F.C. School Superintendent Dr. Toni Jones.
