Encore Chorales Invite Senior Singers for Fall Season

Encore Creativity for Older Adults invites adults age 55 and older to join its Encore Chorales for a fall season of singing. Encore has 13 chorales in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Encore singers improve their voice, meet new friends, and sing challenging music in four parts in preparation to join other Encore Chorales for community concerts. There are no auditions and singers may sit to rehearse and perform.

Singers will rehearse classical and holiday favorites (primarily secular) in preparation for December performances. Combined Encore chorales will also perform at The Kennedy Center on Dec. 23.
