Three new restaurants are moving into the redeveloped building where Upscale Resale was formerly located at 8100 Lee Highway. The new “vintage-brick” facade, warehouse-style building will contain three vastly different dining concepts: Open Road Grill & Icehouse, The Italian Market & Deli, and Trio Grill.

Open Road, which is slated to open in mid-August, will offer American fare, an outside bar and patio along with television monitors for sporting events and live music, and decorated with an Americana-themed memorabilia. The Italian Market & Deli, expected to open in early September, will feature a wood fire pizza oven and offer pizza, classic subs and salads made-to-order for takeout and catering along with beer and wine. Trio Grill, also scheduled to open in September, will serve USDA Prime cuts and seafood and include a covered patio area, a piano bar, and a cigar lounge.
