F.C.’s Fall Properties Announces Merger With McEnearney Associates

Falls Church-based Fall Properties has announced that it is merging with McEnearney Associates, Inc. Realtors.

McEnearney Associates, which offers both commercial and residential real estate services, now has seven offices in Virginia along with one in Maryland and one in Washington D.C. It was ranked #2 among the Best Places to Work in the D.C. area in the “Large Companies with Local Headquarters” category in the May 2013 Washington Business Journal. Fall Properties, owned and operated by Principal Broker Laura Fall, CRS, will continue to operate out of its Falls Church office at 212-A N. West Street and host its FIRSTfriday of Falls Church monthly art exhibits and weekly informational seminars through the end of the year if not longer.
