F.C. Man Arrested for Exposing, Touching Himself in Park

A Falls Church-area man was arrested on Saturday, July 20, after he allegedly touched himself inappropriately in a county park, police announced today.

Fairfax County Police officers were called to the 6300 block of Munson Hill Road around 10 a.m. for a report of a man exposing and inappropriately touching himself along the wood line of the park near a condominium complex.

Officers located the man, 31-year old Shahid Bashir of Apex Circle in Falls Church, and took him into custody. Bashir was charged with actual or simulated masturbation in a public place.
