The public is invited to a celebration of the 100th birthday of Jessie Thackrey this Sunday, June 16, at The Falls Church-Episcopal.
The F.C.-Episcopal’s 10 a.m. service with her favorite hymns will be dedicated in honor of Thackrey, a pillar of Falls Church and the church community.
A potluck meal will follow, and guests are asked to bring a side dish to share.
