Jody’s Jam of the Week: Taste of Georgetown

It’s time for some serious grubbin’ once again as the 20th installment of the Taste of Georgetown takes place this Saturday.

From 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., over 25 G-Town restaurants will serve up more than 50 of their signature dishes up and down Wisconsin Avenue. Just some of the participating restaurants include 1789, Bandolero, Bangkok Joe’s, El Centro, Georgetown Cupcake, J. Paul’s, Luke’s Lobster, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Tackle Box and Thunder Burger.

Tickets run $5 for one tasting or $20 for five while beer and wine tickets are $4 for one or $10 for three. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Georgetown Ministry Center’s services supporting the homeless.
