Arlington Philharmonic to Give Free Concert April 14

The Arlington Philharmonic will present a free performance next month.

The concert, scheduled for April 14 at 3 p.m. at the Washington-Lee Auditorium, will feature the Overture to Iphigeneia in Aulis by Gluck, Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-flat major, featuring soloist Edvinas Minkstimas, and the Brahms Symphony No. 3 in F major.

Arlington County’s professional orchestra is under the baton of Music Director A. Scott Wood. Audiences can hear the works and learn about the lives of their composers.

Washington-Lee Auditorium is located at 1301 N. Stafford St., Arlington. Seating for the concert is general admission. Donations will be accepted.
