Mason Student Council Invited to White House Reception

Members of the George Mason High School Student Council Association recently attended a Women’s History Month event at the White House.

The students attended a panel discussion featuring inspirational women – an astronaut, a WNBA star, a CEO and a labor rights activist. The event was followed by a reception hosted by the President and Mrs. Obama.

Following his remarks, the President greeted many of those in attendance.
